MediDeals® (promoted by MediDeals Resources LLP) is a dedicated Business-to-Business (B2B) pharmaceutical trade marketplace built to modernize wholesale medicine procurement across India. Our platform connects licensed retail pharmacies, nursing homes, hospitals, institutional buyers, wholesale stockists, C&F agents, and pharmaceutical manufacturers on a single transparent digital exchange.
Unlike consumer e-pharmacies, MediDeals® operates strictly as a wholesale B2B trade intermediary. Every buyer and seller on the platform undergoes document-backed statutory verification before accessing confidential trade pricing, bulk schemes, or order placement.

Every participating entity is verified against statutory credentials—Drug Licences (Forms 20/21/20B/21B) for allopathic medicines, or GSTIN, PAN & FSSAI for Ayurvedic, Herbal, Surgical, and Nutraceutical enterprises.
10% Advance Escrow & 90% COD Model
Buyers confirm orders with a 10% advance commitment held in escrow, eliminating fake orders for sellers while allowing buyers to pay the remaining 90% balance upon physical delivery.

2. Platform Governance & Role Separation
- Retail Pharmacies & Medical Stores: Authorized strictly as Buyers to procure stock at competitive wholesale margins and bonus schemes. Retail license holders are prohibited from listing or selling on the marketplace.
- Wholesale Distributors, Stockists & Manufacturers: Authorized to Buy & Sell across India, publish regular and promotional deals, manage sub-order fulfillment, and receive automated daily escrow settlement reports.
