1. Verification Policy
MediDeals® strictly complies with Indian pharmaceutical regulations. All participating buyers and sellers must possess active, unexpired wholesale or retail drug sales licences issued by respective State Licensing Authorities.
2. Scheduled Drugs & Traceability
Transactions involving Schedule H, H1, and X medicines are restricted to validated licence holders with recorded batch numbers, expiry dates, and manufacturer credentials maintained on all delivery challans and tax invoices.
3. Integrity of Supply Chain
Only genuine distributor and manufacturer inventory mapped to authentic ERP records (e.g. LOGIC Pharma) is accepted for active marketplace listings.
