1. Strictly B2B Wholesale Marketplace
MediDeals® operates strictly as a Business-to-Business (B2B) digital pharmaceutical marketplace connecting licensed pharmaceutical retailers, wholesalers, and distributors across India. Consumer or retail sales are strictly prohibited.
2. Statutory Licensing & Verification
Participation requires submission and verification of valid statutory credentials, including Drug Licences (Form 20B/21B or state equivalent) and GSTIN where applicable. Orders for prescription (Schedule H/H1/X) drugs will only be processed between licensed entities.
3. Commercial Payment Model
Buyers pay a 10% advance commitment upon order placement to confirm delivery intent. The remaining 90% balance is payable directly upon physical delivery and verification (Cash on Delivery / RTGS / NEFT).
4. Shipping & Logistics
Orders may be dispatched directly by vendors using their established supply chains or via MediDeals®-coordinated courier logistics provided at actual third-party rates with zero platform markup.
